The latest of these products is the Harris & Bruno ExcelCoat ZRW web coater, which now joins the H&B ZRX Digital Embellishment press.
Impressing with its high speed performance and quality coating output, the modular ExelCoat ZRW works either in line with most major digital inkjet web presses, or near line with unwind and rewind. It promises flawless application of aqueous coatings, UV coatings, and primers.
What you need to know…
- Two models available – ZRW22 and ZRW42 (for webs up to 22” and webs up to 42”).
- Minimum web width: ZRW22: 200 mm; ZRW42: 380 mm.
- Maximum web width: ZRW22: 572 mm; ZRW42: 1066 mm.
- Substrate weights: 40 to 450 g/m2 (3 pt to 24 pt).
- Maximum speed: 304 metres per minute (depending on the press it is paired with).
- Set up time: approximately five minutes.
- Clean up time: approximately 10 minutes.
