CyanX is the exclusive agent in the UK and Eire for several international manufacturers. Our factory trained technicians provide a national service and support network. Our service contracts are based on either a six-month or annual basis. Bespoke schedules can be arranged to suit production requirements.
Our service department is contactable 24/7 for telephone support, on most occasions we can get customers running albeit in emergency mode until we can attend the site.
We also offer a pump repair and loan service; let one of our technicians remove your pump to be evaluated here in Leeds. A full component inspection is carried out and a detailed quotation is passed to you before rebuild. Whilst your pump is with us, we will keep you running with one of our loan pumps, subject to availability, until we are able to refit your own.
